Een warm onthaal, door diens gastheer en meisjevrouw, die u tevens tergelijkertijd op een aparte uiteengesproken en allesomvattende manier behandelen als een graag gezien persoon. Bij deze kan ik u, toekomstige bezoeker, met garantie garanderen dat
1) De klok daar beter tikt dan bij u thuis.

2) Wie daar een put graaft voor een ander, even hard gewerkt zal hebben dan wanneer hij dit voor eigen rekening zou doen op zijn eigen erf EN er daar zelfs voor vergoed wordt.
