In de App kan je zoals vermeld overschrijvingen doen van 15000€ per dag. Tot je begint..., lukt enkel maar 5000€ anders krijg je de melding "daglimiet bereikt" Gelukkig kan je wel via pc overschrijving doen van meer dan 5000€ slechte App als je het mij vraagt! Verder zijn ze wel vriendelijk aan de telefoon en kan je sparen aan een hogere rente dan bij andere banken

They are also friendly on the phone and you can save at a higher interest rate than other banks

Klanten binnen halen met "aantrekkelijke" rente en dan plots de rente verlagen ondanks een stijgende rente. Pure afzetters.
Bring in customers with "attractive" interest and then suddenly lower interest rates despite a rising interest rate. Pure rip offs.

Nous avions choisi medirect pour son compte épargne medirect épargne mensuelle max car il nous permettait de déposer jusqu'à 5000 euros par mois et offrait une belle prime de fidélité. Passant d'un autre compte épargne, cela nous permettait de transférer l'argent dans un délai raisonnable. Malheureusement, medirect a décidé récemment de limiter les dépôts à 500 euros, ce qui nous prendra plusieurs années pour transférer nos fonds. De plus, quand nous essayions de transférer la somme de 5000 euros alors que c'était déjà limiter à 500 euros, nous recevions comme message d'erreur que nous dépassions la limite de 5000 euros. Leur site pourrait au moins être à jour. Nous allons chercher une autre banque.
We chose medirect for its medirect max monthly savings account because it allowed us to deposit up to 5,000 euros per month and offered a nice loyalty bonus. Switching from another savings account allowed us to transfer the money within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, medirect recently decided to limit deposits to 500 euros, which will take us several years to transfer our funds. In addition, when we tried to transfer the sum of 5000 euros when it was already limited to 500 euros, we received the error message that we exceeded the limit of 5000 euros. Their site could at least be up to date. We will look for another bank.

L'offre de fonds est large et la plateforme très pratique à utiliser. Les informations sont claires et les recherches faciles. Je trouve les tarifs attractifs. J'étais intéressé par un ETF particulier qui n'était pas proposé par MeDirect. J'ai demandé s'il était possible de l'ajouter à leur offre. J'ai eu une réponse positive en quelques jours. Personnellement j'ai toujours eu de très bons contacts avec le service clientèle.
The fund offer is wide and the platform very convenient to use. The information is clear and the search is easy. I find the prices attractive. I was interested in a particular ETF that was not offered by MeDirect. I asked if it was possible to add it to their offer. I had a positive response within days. Personally, I have always had very good customer service contacts.

Kort voor een renteverlaging geld overgeschreven naar spaarrekening bank. Bank stuurde gewoon m'n geld terug. Is blijkbaar de bedoeling dat ik wacht tot de renteverlaging is doorgevoerd .
Shortly before an interest rate cut money is transferred to a savings account bank. Bank just sent my money back. Apparently the intention is that I wait until the interest rate cut is implemented .

Ik stuurde een mail met een vraag op 12 oktober en kreeg uiteindelijk pas op 25 oktober antwoord (een nieuwsbrief dacht ik want mijn originele mail was niet te bespeuren). Ik heb dus een paar mails gestuurd vooraleer ik antwoord kreeg maar werd uiteindelijk nog opgebeld door de bank (vriendelijke dame aan de lijn) omdat mijn laatste reminder verstuurd werd net voor ik hun mail had opgemerkt (waarvan ik dacht dat het een nieuwsbrief was). Hoewel het antwoorden wel wat sneller mocht, ben ik wel tevreden over de service.
I sent an e-mail with a question on October 12th and finally received an answer on October 25th (a newsletter I thought because my original e-mail was not traceable). So I sent a few emails before I got an answer but was eventually called by the bank (friendly lady on the line) because my last reminder was sent just before I noticed their mail (which I thought was a newsletter). Although the answer could have been a little faster, I am satisfied with the service.

I have been a client since April 2020. Right at the beginning we made an investment and in May we saw that they deactivated the "trading possibility" for it. we could see it but not sell it anymore. We waited couple of weeks because we thought that it might be an website/platform issue. since we did not see any action, we called to enquire. They bluntly replied that they blocked it because they refuse to trade that company I repeat: they took upon themselves a decision to block our investment, and not trade (even if we made a perfectly legal trade initially and they were trading this company). when we asked how is this possible they kept saying they do not trade that company anymore, end of story. They did not even informed us prior to blocking to give us time to take our investment out. Then they asked us to find another broker and that they will transfer the funds without no administrative cost to us - as a good gesture (I have a proof of this email). All good and shinny. End of May 2020 we finally managed to open another account with another broker we got all papers needed, we sent them to MeDirect. since beginning of June 2020 we have been calling them and sending emails to find a way to recover the funds. they just refuse to give us the investment back. They completely refuse to send us the final statement which we need to send to other broker. My husband is having a call with them actually right now - and he is not getting any help. The customer service has not knowledge on the matter - they have absolutely no knowledge of capital markets either. it is nerve racking. the only thing we want from them is our investment back - 7 months later we still have nothing. Needless to say that we lost a lot of money and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. I absolutely advise people to not open an account to MeDirect. also they give false information on their site, in their messages, they refuse to talk directly to our broker to have this solved. By the way there is no way to talk to any higher up managers. It is the worst broker you could choose and I definitely advise you to not create an account with them. they do not deserve any stars - but I have to choose 1 star to be able to write this review.
