Probably the worst customer service you could ever get. You call them and it's like everything is your fault, they don't want to deal with anything. They ask you to get some paper on some random website, you got to print it and send them a Fax ?!! Like it was 1990 or something. They're website is absolutely the worst. A company to avoid at any cost. Not to mention they customer service is rude and unrespectful. They seriously don't even deserve one star

More then 3 months I am waiting for a Mastercard, I called already 10times. They always say they will contact me in 24h, which they never do... They can tell me that I am approved but they can not tell me when my card will arrive... They have no clue what so ever what they are doing! If my company his CS would work like this we would lose all our customers!!! Don't even try to do something with them!

Airplus is happy to charge for a full year of service, and then just changes its mind and stops the service, cancels all insurance coverage that came with the card. This is not a serious way to do business. Extremely disappointed.

Review of a (previously satisfied) existing corporate client, desperately trying to arrange new company credit cards for our employees. Have been at it for FIVE FULL MONTHS now, still no cards. We have been very patient, very understanding given the merge AirPlus is going through, but this accumulation of excuses and apologies is just utterly unprofessional.

They have several technical issues that take ages to be solved (if solved) and their customer care representatives are incompetent giving standard answers, not knowing, not checking. Not recommended!
