Ensuite, quand la personne à l’accueil se rend compte que je ne suis pas patiente, elle me fait savoir que “je devrais plutôt aller à la maison médicale des urgences si ça vous dérange pas” parce que oui ça prend trop de temps d’enregistrer un nouveau patient... merci pour la disponibilité ?
I call for an appointment, I am told there is room and agreed to an hour. Then, when the person at the reception realizes that I am not patient, she lets me know that “I should rather go to the emergency medical house if you don't mind” because yes it takes too long. '' register a new patient ... thank you for the availability ?

I called several times yesterday, no answer. No answering machine. No info on the Facebook page. As a member, I am obliged to go to the doctor in this medical house. How do I take care of myself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really unpleasant call with this clinic. I know that my English is not perfect, but this is neither English school to tell me how to speak and what the academic English is. I don't know the name of the person but that was male voice, (the person who picked up the phone) . I'm satisfied with my doctor (Dr Stavraki), but I wish this person at reception would treat the patients with respect as well. Thank you.
