A big thank you to the nurse who looked after me. I don't know her name, but she had a Portuguese accent. She explained it to me very well and was really very nice!

Labo a éviter car essaie d'arnaquer ses clients pour les TEST COVID, car pas beaucoup de patients.
Je trouve cela scandaleux que vous vous permettez de faire de l'argent sur les dos des gens. Le coût des voyages sont déjà assez cher comme ça, mais alors si vous vous essayez de nous prendre de l'argent gratuitement c'est vraiment honteux!!!!!
Je vais vous envoyer une lettre de plainte pour me faire rembourser mes 55€ non justifié car mal analysé :)
Ce labo mérite même pas une étoile

Lab to avoid because tries to scam its customers for COVID TEST, because not many patients.
I find it outrageous that you allow yourself to make money off people's backs. The cost of the trips are already expensive enough as it is, but then if you try to take money from us for free it's really shameful!!!!!
I'm going to send you a letter of complaint to get my 55€ reimbursed, not justified because it was poorly analyzed :)
This lab doesn't even deserve a star.

We've been there for PCR test and even though all the official appointment schedule was full, they managed to find 15 min gap to take samples from all members of my family. The nurse patiently explains everything and strictly follows the safety protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. What a SCAM! I went to take a Covid Test with a number I got from Belgian Authorities for entering the country. They assured me that the test was free, although I offered to pay. A year later, after I left the country, I get a lawyer notice that I have to pay them for the test, including penalties. They failed to notify me about this via email, which is the medium I chose for correspondence (and where they sent the test resuts) and they justify the penalties with the fact that they sent a letter to the Bed and Breakfast I was staying for two weeks in Belgium. If only I knew what terrible scammers they are I would have avoided this.
