The employees from the TV/Phones area were nice and helpful but the girls from the cash register just seemed bored and they didn't really care about offering a decent customer service. I tried to pay with ecocheques and they told me I couldn't but didn't tell me why even though other stores offer this as an alternative payment method. Quite disappointed with their treatment in general. Not coming back!
Z	Zaher Helwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I had a specific question and I was unable to understand the answer well, and I asked the employee in the refrigerator department to re-clarify, but the answer was returned worse before with a lot of annoyance and looking at me in a disdainful way because I could not understand well From the first time, I left quickly without making sure that I arrived at the correct answer, I am greatly annoyed by the employee, and unfortunately I do not have the name of the employee, I hope to return to this place soon until I make sure that the employees can respect all the customers who differ from him in color, race or language .

Before the personal hardly knew anything about the products they sold and often advice was wrong. I could quote ridiculous answers I got in the past. However during my last 3 visits I was surprised that "they" asked me if they could help me and they did a serious effort to indeed help me making the right choices. Examples : Printer : I'm looking for a printer. How many pages do you print in a month ? And then they calculated what the most cost effective solutions where they had and with two extra questions (I need A3 size) they could tell me exactly what the best model was for me. Phone : I want a new phone. What functionalities do you need ? Here are the ones that comply with that list… lowest price is this one… most sold is that one… I think you like “lean and mean ?”…then this Goole-one model might be something for you… AND INDEED I LOVE my Nokia 7.2.

However, I don'k like their policy with the product that has problem. I bought Marshall Acton2 1 week ago and I experience very unstable bluetooth connection. I expected they will change it to a new product as the big electronics retailers do in many other countries. But the reception told me they will fix it and it is going to take about 2 weeks. Very dissapointing. I have never experienced this kind of policy in USA, UK, South Korea where I lived before.
R	RG Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost 300€ in a gift card from my employer with no support from MediaMarkt Because of COVID, I was unable to use the gift card I received from my employer, since lockdowns and international move did not allow me to go to the shop and neither buy online (as they only deliver in Belgium, not even to another MediaMarkt in a european country…) I called multiple times and sent emails to check if I could reactivitate the gift card but I always received a NO as an answer… therefore I lost 300€ in benefit of MediaMarkt. I would suggest avoiding buying in a store with such poor client service and only profit oriented…
