★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service déplorable. Plus d 1/2 d attente après le coup de fil. La conductrice n est même pas descenduxdu vehicule pour vérifier les personnes à transférer, ni même charger les valises. Rebelote à l arrivée au parking, ni un bonjour ni un au revoir. Et que dire de l état crasseux des banquettes.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigenlijk is deze parking geen ster waard. Er wordt aangeraden om 30 minuten voor aanvang te bellen, maar dat zet geen zoden aan de dijk. Het was bij aankomst één grote chaos en we moesten de auto op een plek parkeren (geen parkeervak maar gewoon in een pad). Daarna begon de ellende, want er wachtten heel veel mensen om gebracht te worden naar het vliegveld van Zaventem. Er is geen enkele aansturing wie in de bus mag en daardoor ontstonden er onprettige situaties. In plaats van 1 klein busje wat 5(!) mensen naar het vliegveld brengt, zou het gepaster zijn om met een grote shuttlebus mensen te vervoeren naar het vliegveld. Ook bij terugkomst moesten we heel veel moeite doen om een plek te bemachtigen in de bus. Al met al geen succes en zeker geen aanrader!
Actually, this parking is not worth a star. It is recommended to call 30 minutes before the start, but that does not help. It was one big chaos on arrival and we had to park the car in a place (no parking space but just in a path). Then the trouble started, because a lot of people were waiting to be taken to Zaventem airport. There is no control whatsoever as to who is allowed on the bus, which created unpleasant situations. Instead of 1 small bus that takes 5(!) people to the airport, it would be more appropriate to transport people to the airport with a large shuttle bus. When we returned, we had to make a lot of effort to get a seat on the bus. All in all not a success and certainly not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zou nul sterren geven als ik kon. Slechte service. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig op de parking, we moesten bovendien meer dan een half uur wachten op de shuttle. Tijd die je niet hebt als je een vlucht moet halen. Goedkoop, maar meer moet je er niet van verwachten.
Would give zero stars if I could. Bad service. On arrival there was no one in the parking lot, we also had to wait more than half an hour for the shuttle. Time you don't have if you have to catch a flight. Cheap, but you should not expect more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arnaque. La navette devait venir nous chercher a 23h. Nous avons téléphoné et aucune réponse par téléphone. Nous avons donc du prendre le taxi 27.50€. Quand on est arrivés au parking le c.. dormait dans sa caravane et avait laissé son portable dans la camionnette. Il ne pouvait donc pas entendre sonner son portable. Il n'a pas voulu nous rembourser le taxi. A EVIITER.
Scam. The shuttle was to pick us up at 11 p.m. We called and no answer by phone. So we had to take the taxi 27.50€. When we got to the car park the c.. was sleeping in his trailer and had left his cell phone in the van. He couldn't hear his cell phone ringing. He wouldn't reimburse us for the taxi. AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze parking gebruikt bij een zeer vroege vlucht. Niemand aanwezig, meer dan een half uur moeten wachten op het busje na 3 keer gebeld te hebben. Erg gebrekkige en onvoldoende communicatie. De QR-code die je via mail krijgt, doet vermoeden dat het professioneel georganiseerd is, maar deze is nutteloos en wordt niet gebruikt... We konden onze auto wel nog ongehavend terug ophalen gelukkig, maar is dat dan een ster waard? Ons advies: neem een andere parking!
Used this parking with a very early flight. No one present, had to wait more than half an hour for the van after calling 3 times. Very poor and inadequate communication. The QR code you receive by mail suggests that it has been professionally organized, but it is useless and is not used... We were able to collect our car undamaged fortunately, but is that worth a star? Our advice: take another parking lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un seul mot : FUYEZ !!!!!!!
1) D’une impolitesse crasse
2) On vous parle comme des chiens
3) Au retour, plus de 25 personnes attendent LA même navette (20 minutes d’attente aller-retour). Du coup, 13 personnes se sont engouffrées dedans et nous étions 12 dans la navette suivante pour une capacité de … 8 personnes !!!!! Les gens se disputaient entre eux.
Pourquoi ne pas mettre un système de ticket?
4) Conduite dangereuse (on a faillit se retourner) et vitesse excessive.
5) On me doit 15€ sur 40€ car je n’avais pas de monnaie à l’aller et on me promet (sans preuve écrite bien sûr, malgré mon insistance) qu’on me remboursera… Ce fut 10€ au retour car pas assez de cash sur eux. J’attends toujours mes 5€ restants.
6) La seule étoile accordée est pour la conductrice bien sympathique qui a fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients malgré leur colère, bien que dangereuse au volant.
7) Allez chez “Air Parking Zaventem” : mêmes prix et à côté de l’aéroport : on a vu passé 5x la même navette sur le temps qu’on attendait la nôtre.
-> A vous de faire le bon choix !

1) Crudely rude
2) They talk to you like dogs
3) On the way back, more than 25 people are waiting for THE same shuttle (20 minutes waiting round trip). Suddenly, 13 people rushed into it and we were 12 in the next shuttle for a capacity of … 8 people!!!!! People were arguing with each other.
Why not put a ticket system?
4) Dangerous driving (we almost rolled over) and excessive speed.
5) I am owed 15€ out of 40€ because I had no change on the way out and I am promised (without written proof of course, despite my insistence) that I will be reimbursed… It was 10€ on the way back because not enough cash on them. I'm still waiting for my remaining 5€.
6) The only star awarded is for the very friendly driver who did everything possible to satisfy the customers despite their anger, although dangerous at the wheel.
7) Go to “Air Parking Zaventem”: same prices and next to the airport: we saw the same shuttle pass 5 times over the time we were waiting for ours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 14/10 till yesterday 18/10 my car was parked at Parking Royal in Machelen
Unfortunately, at our return yesterday evening, my car was blocked between 2 other cars (in front and in the back) and consequently I couldn’t go home – incredible!
The employee present yesterday evening said “no problem, I will take the keys of the car which blocks you and the problem is solved”.
Wrong answer since he didn’t find the key and after several phone calls he didn’t got the answer where to find the keys.
I was really upset since we were already delayed (due to Ryanair) and we really had to go home quick for private reasons.
After 1 hour(!!!!!) he looked after some equipment to tow one of the cars who blocked mine.
Although it finally helped me to get out, I’m still a little bit shocked about what happened; (keys not present and towing of the car in a not so professional manner which I hope it will never happen to my car.
Conclusion: I was (and still am) very upset what happened yesterday evening, not only that I had to wait more than 1 hour to get of the parking but also the way Parking Royal is managing the parking lot.
This bad experience never again!
I will rather spent more money to put my car on a decent parking than using another time Parking Royal (I paid 37€ but this “experience” did pay me much more from mental and frustration point of view)
And the "1 star" I had to give is far too much for the service we got.

Deducting a star because the person we had to call for the shuttle didn't speak a word of Dutch or English, even though the parking is located in Flanders
