Je ne vis pas a quoi cela sert d avoir un site web si il n y a pas les produits proposés. Very disappointed, I had been to see on the site before going there and arriving there there is not what is on the website. So go the way for nothing. I don't see what's the point of having a website if there aren't the products on offer.

Franchement je plains les employés de travailler dans cette ambiance où ils sont surveiller comme en prison et risque à chaque instant de se faire virer sans rien y comprendre Maxi zoo verviers: super friendly and welcoming employees but super oppressive manager with her employees, limits whether they are allowed to smile and say hello to customers. Frankly, I pity the employees for working in this atmosphere where they are watched like in prison and risk being fired at every moment without understanding anything about it.

Par contre les conseils sur les harnais n'étaient pas forcément complets, il faudrait peut-être revoir cela. Great service. I needed information and the saleswoman helped me a lot. On the other hand, the advice on harnesses was not necessarily complete, it might be necessary to review that.

Cela ne favorise pas les petits commerces : sac vendu à 20€ sur Internet mais à 28€ sur place. Very varied ranges, friendly staff. Too bad the prices in stores are much higher than on their own website. This does not favor small shops: bag sold for € 20 on the Internet but € 28 on site.
