At Makisu, we have a healthy obsession with sushi… We literally travelled across the globe to find the most flavorful & awesomest recipes to put the sunshine back into your sushi-experience (it’s a hard job, but somebody’s got to do it…)
Choose one of our signature sushi rolls or compose a maki as unique as you are using our 4-step “create-your-own-maki process”. With more than 30 fresh and delicious ingredients to choose from, there are over 3 million possibilities to brighten up your taste buds…Only one question remains : “How do you roll?”
Since we believe your wallet shouldn’t stop you from indulging in your sushi-cravings on a daily basis, we brought back Henry, our friendly, state-of-the-art maki-robot from our last trip to Tokyo (Come and meet him at your next visit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same good quality as the other Makisu around town but this one is finally big enough to accommodate its many fans (it’s a mostly young crowd) - no queues for once! Only 4 stars because they started selling 20cl cokes instead of cans. Belgian restaurants want you to go thirsty or go broke ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the best sushi place in Brussels. Food is always fresh and delicious. Based on quality the price is ok. Note that it is always busy and crowded. You need to wait in a queue most of time. Nice delivery process with the ringing disks. You wait at your table and when the food is ready go&pick up from the delivery desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makisu is my favourite sushi place, I am so happy they open this new restaurant as the others are already super crowded. The decoration is nice, the place is clean and staff is super friendly. The food is fresh, good and cheap. I must go for sushi lovers!
