Our young agent couldn’t open the door of the flat we were coming to see, because of a faulty key... we didn’t think this was a problem and still wanted to view the flat and others with her after she said she will let us know when she has the right key and we will do an apt tour of possible apartments the next day... we haven’t heard from her since. Unprofessional and not very serious.
