★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realtor made verbal agreement to lease a home to my family, then intentionally slowed the lease process while looking for a better rental offer. Once they had a better offer, they backed out of their verbal agreement without discussion or negotiation.
Never rent a home from this company... if they use these unethical procedures during the renting process, then they will use them throughout your time in their rental properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waned them to put me on a mailing list for houses in specific postcodes. The middle aged estate agent was pushy and emphatic tinged with arrogance; she spoke to me like I was an imbecile and was new to Bxl (At which point I decided not let on I had lived here for 20 years). I left feeling abused and offended. They started sending me property outside of Brussels in post-codes I had bot requested.
Otherwise, nice spacious and clean offices and well located.
