Being a Google local guide at home allows me to understand what we are looking for 1-Quality of the facilities 2-Quality of the staff 3-Quality of the clients 4-Value for money Based of these criteria , I will give you a more comprehensible view of this bathhouse... stay tuned
D	Dario Solz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I will start with the guy who was work there when I was in. (Tool guy, no hair, dark with bread.) I and my friend were in that sauna on Friday night and everything was normal, NOTHING SPECIAL, not many people there, very cold pool no one swim in because is like in freezing, one small Jacuzzi inside 8 people (Old and they stay there for more than 1h) very hard to find free space. The sauna is on 3 floors and had many rooms for fun but no one inside because all of them do the fun in one Sauna. When we were there we decide to change the place and we come later and we went out no one tells us because if we want to re-enter they need to give us like permission for re-entering. We were out and after 10 min. we decide to go back, the guy what I sad in my first paragraph told us cos we cannot enter we need to pay again 40 euro for 2 people, we told him that we were in before 10 minutes and we spend inside 60 euro and he told us cos we don't have this small paper for re-entering and we sad to him cos u need to tell us and give from where we can know about it if you don't tell us, he said again no, also my friend told him again cos we spend money there and the answer was ( AND?) we were lucky that one guy from the security told him cos we were in and we were out for 10 min and later he sad ok u pay 10 euro( to pay 10 euro for what?? Cold pool, Jacuzzi for 6 ppl and inside 10, empty rooms? I need to be honest all personal is very bad. Totally non-friendly staff.
P	PlusPulse ⦿ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. We enjoyed it twice in the same weekend. But due to their self-invented return policy we didn’t enter the third time. You should pay only half price when you come back. They didn’t give us their return card. And because of their mistake we were charged full price again. There was no way to get them reconsider. We showed them payment info from the bank, but they continued to be so unhelpful and stubborn. So we didn’t go and won’t return again.

At the entrance they tried to sell me the higher pricing, even though I'm young student. Pool in reconstruction No jacuzzi There was only a backyard inflated pool The terrace was hardly getting any sun and was held hostage waiting to get a spot under a ray of light Worst 20 EUR of my life

c	carlini e. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I update my old review that was specially against the price rise. The sauna is now 20 euros max the entrance, (15 euros on thursday) for the jacuzzi is not working yet. This is very fair and I recognize the effort of the sauna to be fair to their clients.
X	X Dutoit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asked to leave because they mistaken me for someone else (they pretended I went to the kitchen (to do what exactly? Pay super high prices and still cook?)) When I asked for the security recordings nobody was there .. then you understand how basically they are scamming people.. The serucirty staff staid cool but still being accused of a thing you did not commit is cruel ; worst experience ever !!!!

I went for their special Sunday afternoon, arrived at around 4pm, and stayed till about 8pm. Ok, the place was crowded, which I thought could be a good sign at first. I will not say anything about patrons, as it is taste, but what needs to be said is that they were all really dirty and smelly. Disgusting. But worst of all, the staff was really rude. Whether at the entrance, at the bar, or wherever. Seems like they hate their jobs! Don’t go, wait for StammBar next door to reopen. That’s a friendly place…
