★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s start with the good....-"the place is nice and the woman who did my waxing was nice. That’s all that is good. The woman who did my scrub was surly and uninterested. She didn’t do a good job, in fact, I had to point out the parts where she didn’t scrub. Further, they don’t provide you with basic stuff like a shower cap, bath robe or a hair dryer. Everything is an extra payment. Oh and the receptions were not too friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got out of there and I really liked the place, good location, the customer treatment is great from the moment you enter until you leave. Truth is, it’s one of the best spa I’ve ever been to, it’s got hairdressing, beauty services, separate massage rooms... The decoration is something that has fallen in love with me. I hope to return soon to Brussels to be able to return to Lovina Spa, I loved it.
