Don’t go at all into this branch office; they don’t know how to solve customer problems, they are rude and irresponsible people. I took one new sim on 10th Jan and gave total 15€ For getting “international mix S” plan to one store person sitting on a desk towards right. (12€ for plan + 3€ don’t know why) After 5 days my India calling stopped connecting and it started saying “you don’t have enough balance”. Now when I check my balance and plan with the help of another person in this store, i came to know that it was some other cheaper plan of 10€ with a plan to call within Europe. So, that guy has kept my 5€ in his pocket. While taking new sim and recharge I clearly said that I need India calling and that guy did this blunder mistake while recharging my number. Now today when I go to this store second time for the same issue, I couldn’t find that person second time in store who did this recharge for me and other people saying we don’t take any responsibility for this, you come and meet the same person. Also they don’t know when that guy will be back. Now I am facing challenge to call my family in India and this guy took my extra money while recharging and gave me some other plan of cheaper rate as compared to what I have asking for. This branch and Lycamobile customer service literally SUCKS...please avoid

Please stop your “Auto renew bundle” trick. I never authorise this function on my will. Please Refund me with 70 EUR to my credit card. I know lyca is very unlikely solve this, so OTHER CUSTOMER WATCH OUT!

I was out in the cold to wait for my turn to buy a sim card. I stayed outside although they had an office that had enough room for all the clients. The man who was working there was using his personal phone to register clients sensitive data from the identity card and also taking photos.

Bad service provider in Europe. I had a SIM card which was registered with my name. I went for 5 months from Europe to Asia when I come back the SIM card was working for around 10 days after they blocked my SIM card. Then I bought another one and I called the head office to transfer the SIM card, I gave them all information they wanted. But I waiting........ I don't know what kind of service they provide.

I was calling yesterday for a number transfer ...i wanted my old number back. In 10 minutes was done!!! I receive my number with all the credit and the Bundel. The best!! The lady's name who was helping me is Katerina. Thanks for all!

The person who is dealing with people is awesome and very helpful but lycamobile didn't allow him to serve people in better ways. In this time when everyone scared of covid19, most of the people don't want to go physically to any public place but they are not allowed to register their Sim cards from home.

I don't recommend the service. I charged the sim for the first time with a bundle of 10 euros and the transaction failed. But actually did not failed, cus the money where gone. So I staid 1 week without any roaming or internet. The customer service answers after 5 days asking for too much information. And then is gone again for many days. So you have to troubleshoot by yourself in the end.
