Réponse à votre message: Comme vous pouvez le constater l'état des lieux de retour est daté de 15h29, or j'ai remis le véhicule à 14:15. Cela fait 44 minutes et non pas 15. Aussi, j'aurai attendu si votre collègue ne m'avais demandé (même après mon étonnement) de déposer la clé au comptoir. et confirmé que c'était OK ! Enfin, l'état des lieux ne contient pas ma signature... facile d'inventer une prétendue griffe en l'absence du client. Mais votre réponse ne fait que confirmer mes propos... ------- Faites attention a bien faire l'état des lieux AVEC eux avant de remettre les clés... ça évite les surprises ! Une griffe (en surface, peut être simplement une trace) apparait comme par magie une heure après le dépot du véhicule loué. Le collaborateur présent sur place (Mr. Determe) ayant été occupé, il me demande de laisser la clé et le véhicule. J'insiste en demandant s'il est sur que c'est ok il me dit oui vous inquiétez pas... pour au final déduire la caution pour une griffe. ... Sachant que l'état des lieux est daté de plus d'une heure après la remise du véhicule qui est resté dehors sur le parking. D'autant plus surpris car avant de partir j'ai inspecté le véhicule, vous pouvez vérifier sur les caméras (02/08/2021 14:15)....
Response to your message: As you can see the return inventory is dated 3:29 pm, but I returned the vehicle at 2:15 pm. It's been 44 minutes and not 15. Also, I would have waited if your colleague had not asked me (even after my astonishment) to leave the key at the counter. and confirmed that it was OK! Finally, the inventory does not contain my signature ... easy to invent an alleged label in the absence of the customer. But your answer only confirms my words ... ------- Be careful to do the inventory WITH them before handing over the keys ... it avoids surprises! A scratch (on the surface, maybe just a trace) appears as if by magic an hour after the rental vehicle has been dropped off. The employee present on site (Mr. Determe) having been busy, he asks me to leave the key and the vehicle. I insist by asking if he's sure it's ok he tells me yes don't worry ... to finally deduct the deposit for a scratch. ... Knowing that the inventory is dated more than an hour after the delivery of the vehicle that remained outside in the parking lot. Mon assistance a réservé mon véhicule chez eux aujourd’hui. C’est à une plus d’une heure du centre ville à pied. Quand vous tentez de les joindre ils ne répondent pas le samedi matin. Arrivé sur place, logique qu’ils ne répondent pas : c’est fermé. Pourtant les horaires d’ouvertures indiquent le contraire. Ceci n’est que mon expérience, mais jamais je ne louerai un véhicule chez une entreprise aussi approximative. Affreux !!!
My support booked my vehicle with them today. It is over an hour from the city center on foot. When you try to reach them they do not respond on Saturday morning. When they got there, it was only logical that they did not answer: it is closed. However, the opening hours indicate the opposite. This is only my experience, but I would never rent a vehicle from such a rough company. Awful !!!

This company is unreliable! I reserved a van here to move house. On the day of the move itself, they refused to rent the van to me, and left me scrambling to look for a last-minute solution on this very important day! Their nonsensical reason: my driver didn't have a Belgian ID. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the ID or license of my driver. Later, a different company only a short distance away rented their van to us without problems, which is proof that there was indeed nothing wrong with our papers. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady at the counter was friendly enough. I'm truly shocked; they could have not done worse. Avoid!

Dear potential customers, Be very careful when you use this company! I used their service on 8 December 2017 for the first time and initially all went fine. I took a small Vito camionnette and in terms of availability and client service, I have no remarks. The problem is with the review of the car before and after you take it. If you decide to take this company, I suggest you spend at least 30 minutes, maybe even more, to look for any tiny little defect the car may have and make sure it is included in the iPad for the car and do not forget to take a magnifying glass with you, you will certainly miss something! I am not certain taking pictures will be helpful but try this as well, because you sign on the iPad that you agree these are the only damages. There were so many scratches on the camionnette I got that at certain point I lost their count. I used the camionnette for less than 5 hours and did not have any accident or any remarkable event as I drove only on motorways and parked on huge parkings. I left the camionnette on the parking as I retunred it after working hours. The next day I was informed about a tiny spot on the camionnette - somewhere close to the logo on the side. I was given a photo magnifying by I do not know how many times to make the "damage" visible. My partner could not see anything. I thought it was paint on top of other paint that might have fallen. We do not know to which vehicle this damage is as the picture does not make this clear. So I am not even certain it is the camionnette I drove and I certainly could not have damaged it as the damage seems to be so high. There seems nothing I can do, but pay EUR 100 damage, EUR 35 administrative cost and VAT on that amount, or a total of EUR 163,35 for something I did not do. I advise you to take another company. We rented before and never had such a problem with other companies.

Please, don't. My mistake ? Not having read carefully previous Google reviews !!! This company is literally applying abusive commercial practices. My experience is very similar to previous reviews : the company charged my 70€ for two (literally two) mild scratches on the plastic cover of rear mirror, which may have been caused by small branches simply brushing by or something similar (see picture attached) which may or may not have been caused by my driving (quick check-in procedure, in the shadow of a warehouse). SEVENTY EUROS !!! This is totally unacceptable and represents in my view an abusive interpretation of the contract terms and conditions (staff is probably incentivised on turnover generated by small dammages). Over and beyond the fact the company didn't even dare informing me about the charge being applied, had I not checked my credit card statement it might not even have been brought to my attention. My bad, I should have read previous reviews. Please, don't go there.
