★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dessous de tout ,personnel désagréable et malhonnête . 160 € retenus sur ma caution pour une prétendue griffe dans le plastique du coffre!!! A éviter en toute circonstance. Le service donné chez AVIS gare du midi est 1.000.000 de fois supérieur , les prix sont plus démocratique et le personnel est honnête !
Below all, rude and dishonest staff. 160 € deducted from my deposit for an alleged scratch in the plastic of the trunk !!! To be avoided in all circumstances. The service given at AVIS Gare du Midi is 1,000,000 times higher, the prices are more democratic and the staff is honest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bediening en afhandeling was prima op het agentschap maar de dag van teruggave van het voertuig stond ik er om 17u30 en was het bureau al gesloten...nochtahans op voorhand gecheckt op google ( 18u!). Bracht de auto dus de volgende ochtend binnen en werd mij een extra dag aangerekend. Op de Hoofdzetel (Kim Haling) wou van geen commerciele tussenkomst weten aangezien de openingsuren vermeld stonden op het contract...tja iets wat iedereen in detail naleest natuurlijk :-)
service and handling was fine at the agency, but on the day of return of the vehicle I was there at 5.30 pm and the agency was already closed...however I checked beforehand on google (6 pm!). So brought the car in the next morning and I was charged an extra day. At the Headquarters (Kim Haling) did not want any commercial intervention since the opening hours were stated on the contract ... well something that everyone reads in detail of course :-)

As part of the maintenance of my vehicle at Village Motor (thank you Oussama Maimouni, salesman at Fiât), I was able to take advantage of the joys of the assistance service in relation to my contract. This company provided me with quality service (taxi go back to the garage) to guarantee me a quality replacement car....Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très correct et voiture très récente (la voiture qu'on m'a donné avait 7 km) voiture pleine d'options et au retour le personnel est très sympa. Pas comme ceux de vilvorde qui m'ont arnaqué de 200 euros car soit disant il manquait le tapis du coffre. Alors que j'ai eu la voiture même pas une journée et je n'ai pas ouvert le coffre.
Very correct and very recent car (the car I was given was 7 km) car full of options and on return the staff are very friendly. Not like those from Vilvoorde who scammed me for 200 euros because supposedly the trunk carpet was missing. Whereas I had the car not even a day and I did not open the trunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience, dishonest staff, i was charged 700 euros for what they claimed to be scratches on the front bumper and side door although i'm 100% sure i didn't cause these - and going through previous reviews here i read others had same issue.. so this seems to be habit ...
