★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the store twice and asked for Wai-Ling, she’s very friendly. She was very respectful and helpful and didn’t “push” any products on me, but respected what I wanted and what I was looking for. Wai-Ling made appointments for me so I didn’t have to wait outside. I ordered a bag and it came in one week! (Normally would take 2-3 weeks) I recommend asking for Wai-Ling if you go to the store in Antwerp ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting more than a half an hour in the cold while there's no one in the store (the employees were just chatting inside and peeked out occassionally), the lady sales advisor I encountered was also incredibly rude as well. She basically blocked me at the entrance and replied 'NO', 'NOT POSSIBLE' to each of my question very impatiently. Most horrible shopping experience at a luxury store by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a store, if you want to be broke at the end of the day, the place to go your wife will be happy and your bank also because they can sell you a loan. But having f said that, the fashion looks tremendously good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and very nice staff. This is what you expect from Louis Vuitton. Advice if you want to go during the weekend: make an appointment! Only two appointments are made per hour so booking a couple of days ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there 2 years ago. Me and my mom went in to the store and stayed for around 10 minutes. Then we left the store because there were too many people inside. We stood on the street in front of the store and unbelievable thing happened. One sale person came to us and ask me to show my wallet to her. My wallet is from LV. She suspected me of stealing!! Can’t you just check your stock before u check your customers??? After I showed my wallet to her she explained when we left the store the alarm sounded. So I went into the store again but the nothing happened with the alarm. Obviously she was lying!! What a shame!
