★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such an incompetent salesperson as last Friday in the Antwerp Delvaux store.
In the past we were always served in a very correct, efficient and friendly way. Therefore we are loyal customers since more than 30 years.
This time we wanted to buy a marine blue handbag and asked specifically from the beginning this colour. During the 25 minutes visit to the store the salesperson tried to convince us to buy another colour. But not in a helpful way. Very hard pushing, unfriendly and arrogant.
We couldn't stand no longer being treated this way and left quickly the store when she asked for the seventh time : "why do you want specifically a marine blue for?".
A very disappointing sales service for such a high quality product we still love very much!
