I had inadvertently paid for a 2x phone, Lopes pointed this out to me and refunded very honestly.

Promise repairs for 1 week then we find ourselves without our device for 2 or 3 weeks sometimes and do not warn that the guarantees are abolished when we repair at home. Disappointed...

Les vendeurs sont trop occupĂ©s Ă remettre des colis et font trop d'erreurs dans la souscription des abonnements de GSM. J'ai eu involontairement plusieurs abonnements pendant des mois sans recevoir les factures. Les abonnements supprimĂ©s ne l'Ă©taient pas. Les nombreuses erreurs lors de l'ouverture a empĂȘchĂ© leur fermeture et leur paiement avec les bonnes informations. Les recommandĂ©s des huissiers m'ont fait comprendre que ces abonnements n'Ă©taient pas supprimĂ©s et que je payais inutilement. Ce matin encore j'ai tentĂ© de supprimer un abonnement au nom d'ANNETTE!!! J'ai perdu plus de 600 euros dans cette histoire. Et cela ne semble pas fini.
I do not recommend this company!!!!
Sellers are too busy delivering parcels and make too many mistakes in taking out mobile phone subscriptions. I unwittingly had several subscriptions for months without receiving the bills. Deleted subscriptions were not. The numerous errors during the opening prevented their closing and their payment with the correct information. The recommended bailiffs made me understand that these subscriptions were not deleted and that I was paying unnecessarily. This morning again I tried to delete a subscription in the name of ANNETTE!!! I lost more than 600 euros in this story. And it doesn't seem to be over.
