★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 mois à faire revenir les gens pour une "réparation" qui dure soit disant 10mn. Chaque fois le même discours "au plus tard mardi il est fini" après 4 mois on récupère l ordi sans son chargeur car ils l ont perdu. Surprise à la maison, l ordinateur ne fonctionne plus du tout. Sympathique mais pas professionnel pour un sous.
4 months to bring people back for a "repair" which supposedly lasts 10 minutes. Each time the same speech "no later than Tuesday it is finished" after 4 months we recover the computer without its charger because they lost it. Surprise at home, the computer doesn't work at all. Friendly but unprofessional for a penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arnaqueur totale!!!! J'ai payé 159€ pour une nouvelle coque de téléphone, il me rende un téléphone cassé et sans wifi!!! Résultat : jme retrouve avec un téléphone cassé. Service client niveau 0! Vraiment pas compétent !
Total con artist !!!! I paid 159 € for a new phone case, it gives me back a broken phone without wifi !!! Result: I find myself with a broken phone. Level 0 customer service! Really not competent!
