Very nice store and attentive staff but I found elsewhere a better expertise. Price rather high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel gentil, mais gros soucis de livraison et stocks. Délai engagé pour 2 mois et après plusieurs appels insistants de notre part on nous annonce que la commande n'a pas été passée. Résultat nous devons attendre 2 mois supplémentaires. Nous avons demandé un remboursement qui nous a été octroyé sans soucis.
Avis donc assez mitigé.
Nice staff, but big problems with delivery and stocks. Delay committed for 2 months and after several insistent calls from us we are told that the order has not been placed. Result we have to wait 2 more months. We asked for a refund that was given to us without worries.
Opinion so mixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Although the people working in the shop are really nice, this company is the worst experience! After “promising” 3 months delivery, my bed came after 5 months and that is because I went in the shop again to ask for it (in one hour they called me to fix an appointment, funny the bed was in the warehouse waiting ...). They brought it in the wrong colour, after 5 months...as nobody took care to check if the order is correct. Now, 6 months from ordering I am still waiting for the right bed and funny enough, not even an apology and of course I have no clue when I will receive it as nobody from the central service is bothering to answer or say anything. Just be patient, after 6 months...that is what you get after buying from them a 3.000 Euro bed...
