Er was een klein probleempje met de levering maar dat is allemaal in orde gekomen. De oude matras is mee genomen en de nieuwe werd naar boven gedragen. Super goede winkel, niet meteen de meest moderne inkleding maar het gaat hem om de producten en service. We were well helped here by Christophe. We have been enjoying our new mattress for a week. There was a small problem with the delivery but it all worked out. The old mattress was taken and the new one was carried upstairs. Super good store, not exactly the most modern decoration, but what matters to him is the products and service.

Acheter un lit est un achat important autant financierement que pour la qualité du sommeil et donc notre qualité de vie. J'avais besoin d'un vendeur à l'écoute et patient, qui ne me pousse pas à l'achat, qui soit de bons conseils et c'est ce que j'ai eu. Cerise sur le gâteau, Cristophe est aimable et sympa. Il a très bonne mémoire et il se souvenait même mieux que moi de ma préférence pour tel oreiller. Il s'est aussi souvenu que j'étais venue en trottinette et a tout fait pour me faciliter la vie et la livraison. Je le remercie sincèrement de m'avoir accompagnée quasi psychologiquement dans cet achat si compliqué ! Et je lui souhaite de tomber sur des personnes comme lui ! Je suis satisfaite à 200%! This is only the second opinion that I am posting, it is to say that I am not expressing myself all the way, but I wanted to emphasize the human and commercial qualities of Cristophe. Buying a bed is an important purchase both financially and for the quality of sleep and therefore our quality of life. I needed a seller who listens and is patient, who doesn't push me to buy, who gives good advice and that's what I got. The icing on the cake, Cristophe is friendly and nice. He has a very good memory and he even remembered my preference for such and such a pillow better than I did. He also remembered that I had come on a scooter and did everything to make my life and the delivery easier. I sincerely thank him for having accompanied me almost psychologically in this very complicated purchase! And I wish him to come across people like him! I am 200% satisfied!

J’ai acheté un oreiller qui ne convient pas mais ils ont refusé de l’échanger (je n’ai pas demandé de remboursement) après 3-4 jours. J’aurais du l’acheter en ligne, l’échange était obligatoire. J’attends encore qu’ils me rappellent pour me tenir au courant après 2 passages en magasins… Store with a good quality/price ratio when you buy on sale. Competent staff but incomprehensible headquarters commercial policy. I bought a pillow that doesn't fit but they refused to exchange it (I didn't ask for a refund) after 3-4 days. I should have bought it online, the exchange was mandatory. I'm still waiting for them to call me back to let me know after 2 visits to the stores...
