★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just a joke company. Rarely you can see such incompetent and chaotic public transport service in developed Europe. Even if the timings are everywhere shown, they will not run accordingly the buses because they do not have drivers. Really! This is a reason! And not accidentally. This is happening 3 days out of 5. Just another state owned company, which will consume money incompetentely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are three counters there, with a long queue but it goes fast, I was there a few times and each time I was in the line less than 10 minutes. Staff are friendly and talk English decently.
PS: last year it had some chairs for customers but today I have realized they added 2 desks instead of chairs. So no chairs for customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to reach easily but staff is not friendly. I did not go first time at this lijnwinkel but communication experience such as I am in prison in small crime. In fact, I can communicate in English or Dutch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy tickets for buses, metro and tram that you can use in flanders. You can also ask information about how to travel, where to and which directions to take for the bus/tram. It's inside Antwerp Central train station so very easy.
