 Once on site, fixed quickly, but had to wait 2h30 for a technician. Not like the promise on the site, present within half an hour..

β β β β β 3,5 uur moeten wachten en steeds aan het lijntje gehouden worden. Telkens het antwoord: we zijn er over 30β. 5x gebeld en telkens beweren dat ze onderweg zijn. Absoluut NIET tevreden. Onmiddellijk moeten betalen en niets van tegemoetkoming . Ronduit schandalig.
Have to wait 3.5 hours and always be kept on a leash. Always the answer: we'll be there in 30'. Called 5 times and each time they said they were on their way. Definitely NOT satisfied. Immediately have to pay and nothing of compensation. Downright outrageous.

Op de website staat dat je niet met een schroevendraaier en een kaart moet proberen het slot te forceren en dat ze speciale tools hebben. De man gebruikte exact een schroevendraaier en kaart en had helemaal geen speciale tools...
Ik heb 85 euro betaald voor alleen een beetje proberen prutsen met de kaart en schroevendraaier om dan de boodschap te ontvangen verder niks te kunnen doen behalve het slot uitboren voor 235 euro.
Ik raad de service van Slotenexpert zeker af. Vooral de onvriendelijkheid en botheid waren uitermate onprofessioneel.
Very dissatisfied: way too late, super rude and unfriendly
The website states that you should not try to force the lock with a screwdriver and a card and that they have special tools. The man used exactly a screwdriver and card and had no special tools at all...
I paid 85 euros for just trying to tinker with the card and screwdriver and then receive the message that I can't do anything else except drill out the lock for 235 euros.
I definitely advise against the service of Slotenexpert. Especially the unfriendliness and rudeness were extremely unprofessional.
