Bad service, unworthy of the name Lexus. Everything that can go wrong also went wrong since the purchase of my vehicle. The customer is certainly not king here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owned a car which was serviced there and asked for digital copies of the maintenance done, my request was rejected. No one wanted to cooperate. I did the same with my wife's 2012 Civic and the dealer granted my wish. Totally dissapointed!
