★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our trip from the Netherlands to France, we got an warning light for the engine electrical system. After contacting Toyota Eurocare we drove to the Toyota Dealer in Namur (Saturday afternoon). We were very pleasantly surprised by the high service level to locate the error and the pleasant way of treating us by the hostess in the showroom.
The problem couldn't be resolved straight away but the error was cleared from the system. The engineer assured us it was safe to continue our journey and have it repaired after our trip. After asking what the costs were for this, it was service (with a smile!) :)
