Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.
Le chef extraordinaire, pas du tout avare d'explications que du contraire, très bonne connaissance également en ce qui concerne le vin et ses accords.
Des plats délicieux du début à la fin.
Rien à dire si ce n'est:" A très bientôt et bravo ".

Le personnel est très compétent: le service est nickel. Le patron (sommelier) n'est pas avare de renseignements.
Très bon concept pour le menu 15 services. Les associations sont parfaites, les produits sont frais. Aucune critique négative à faire.
Le forfait vin est parfait. Les vins sont très bien choisis.
Une Saint-Valentin très réussie...
Un petit hic toute fois : prix des eaux et café un peu trop élevé mais ça reste une bonne journée
