★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most disappointing stared Michelin restaurant we went too. Nothing exciting came out from the 5 dishes menu. Even the desert was not unforgettable... the first wine I tasted was just so common!
they have teas on menu but not when I ordered :-) You got better restaurant in Brussels for the value!

Antithesis of client centricity! The maître d'hôtel picked up a fight with me as I was trying to explain they should be prepared to welcome clients from USA who do not have EU Covid pass, but do have the US equivalent (my guest was a US national with all necessary documents, incl. certification of 2 vaccinations and ID). According to the maître d'hôtel, "they are not there to do clients' job". We eventually got seated, however no apology was presented to us, not even mentioning any commercial gesture like a glass of champagne on the house. Also, no chef's visit to the table. BTW, when we were asked to leave the restaurant just before 11 pm, which we totally understand as those are the current Covid measures in Belgium, the chef and his team were already gone home. Seriously, I believe that Emily has quite a work to do if she wishes to keep the Michelin star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d rate the food at 6 stars. Everything was impeccable. Never expected that red mullet could even be that delicious.
And then I would take away one star for slow and character-lacking service and cramped dining area with no AC whatsoever. Prepare to sweat in hot weather.

I fortunately have been in other similar restaurants, but this one definitely doesn’t deserve its fame.
The place is indeed particular, a huge Murano made lamp is there, but the service and the food deceived us.
We were invited there for a particular occasion, asked for champagne, it came chambré and not the right temperature, besides, bottles should be opened at the table, we had instead an already opened bottle.
Food was so so, experimental, maybe nice for our eyes, but not perfect for our palates.
What really disturbed us was the menu. After the description of the plates, each with a price, it was written underneath the price for a “menu” without specifying that the meals in the “menu” were different. I really think this is not fair.
We will not return there.

Service was exquisite.
Foodwise, good quality (didn't feel top) and interesting combination of flavours. Nevertheless, I wasn't impressed at all. Tried the special menu and despite there were many things to taste, none left me speechless or surprised. However, must say it is displayed beautifully on the plate.
* skip the dessert if you may and go for a drink! *

For romantic settings, sit at the table near the window.
