★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has plenty of local specialties to choose from. We ordered the beef stew and the daily fish special along with some German beer. The food was quite nice. Service was friendly and very attentive. Be sure to come early as the patio fills up quickly for dinner. There's also plenty of seating inside as they have two floors. If you manage to snag a seat on their patio you'll be treated to a nice view of the fortified city gate which is now a historical museum across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mussels were absolutely delicious! The croquettes were okay but a bit expensive (15€?), we paid around 50€ in total (including 2 beers and french fries). We got a table upstairs and the view was nice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb place to eat and drink in a quiet part of the city. Decent menu with plenty of steak and stew on offer. Salmon and fish of the day also. The pot of mussels is impressive. Great staff and lively friendly atmosphere. The was even a wedding proposal!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great servers, and great atmosphere!! Highly recommended. Love their BBB beefs, it has been a while in Europe that i can find a beef as good as the one in Texas. All dishes stew with beer are the must tries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our dinner here and really enjoyed this place. The place has a good and relaxed atmosphere. We were really happy that he had reversed a table, because the place was completely filled. The food was not something crazy, but was “ordinary good food” with a lot of flavour. The food was fairly priced, in our opinion. The thing we will remember this place for is the service of the staff which was phenomenal and extremely friendly. It made us feel very much at home and relaxed.
