Contact is zeer moeilijk, wij worden aan het lijntje gehouden en staan met onze rug tegen de muur! We are not at all satisfied with LD Metaaldesign !!! They do not honor their agreements! Project completion does not happen! Contact is very difficult, we are kept on the line and stand with our back to the wall!
B	Brüsk Kurt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un escalier en verre qui se casse au bout de six mois, qu'une personne se blesse à cause de ces marches, que le S.A.V de la société ne vous laisse sans nouvelles, que trois ans après vous n'avez toujours pas pu faire réparer votre escalier, vous êtes sur la bonne page ! C'est juste totalement honteux d'être aussi hypocrite et malhonnête. J'espère qu'un maximum de personnes lirons cet avis et qu'il ne ferons pas la même erreur que moi. If you are looking for a glass staircase that breaks after six months, that a person gets injured because of these steps, that the SAV of the company does not leave you without news, that three years after you you still have not been able to repair your staircase, you are on the right page! It's just totally shameful to be so hypocritical and dishonest. I hope a maximum of people will read this advice and that it will not make the same mistake as me.

Nous avons faillit passer à travers le 2 eme étages ! Apres les avoir contacter pour faire marcher la garantie ( SAV ) La societé LD metal Design fait le mort afin de ne pas réparer. Nous avons du prendre contact avec des avocats ! 3 ans plus tard, nous sommes toujours avec un escalier complètement cassé dans notre maison ! Cette societé est a évité PAR TOUT LES MOYENS POSSIBLE ET DISPONIBLE ! The after sales service is completely deplorable! Staircase of glass that breaks, with the fixation that this dessoude! We almost got through the 2nd floor! After contacting them to operate the warranty (SAV) The company LD Metal Design is dead in order not to repair. We had to make contact with lawyers! 3 years later, we are still with a completely broken staircase in our house! This company is avoided by ALL POSSIBLE MEANS AND AVAILABLE!
