★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very incompetent and unfriendly staff. The persons at the reception are very rude and totally incompetent. It is the fifth time I return for the same problem and every time they charge an invoice arguing that work has been done. I would recommend avoiding it and instead going to Drogenbos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dark showroom. They have many cars though. The seller was friendly and helpful. He made a quick an offfer and answered many questions. He didn't offer anything to drink. We were interested in the new electric car but they didn't have any and they won't get it until summer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If poor customer service had a name… Amazing service when you’re buying a car. Once you did, the dealership shows it’s true face. I bought a new Evoque 1,5 years ago. Needed a lamp replacement due to extensive fogging. After I was told I have to convince JLR myself to get the replacement - and giving me a quotation to pay for the faulty part myself :-), I got confirmation from JLR that they’ll replace the lamp free of charge.
Four months later I call the dealership when the replacement will take place…. They forgot to order the parts??
