★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate non-welcoming attitude of the salesman. Asked me to log on to the Hyundai web-site if I needed information on the vehicle I was interested in, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the showroom.
UPDATE 18th December. Received a personal email from Hyundai Customer Services after my review yesterday, asking to contact them if they can do anything to improve the score I attributed. I do not wish to damage the Hyundai Brand so am updating the score from one star to an average three. Hopefully the sales team will be more attentive to customers IN the showroom, in future. Best wishes for 2020.
