★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je regrette très sincèrement d'avoir été faire ma prise de sang là-bas, sachant qu'en temps habituel je reçois ce genre de résultats dans les 48h.
J'avais demandé d'envoyer une copie de mes résultats à moi-même en plus de mes médecins, car ils étaient absents (ce que je paye bien-sûr), ils ont oublié de me mettre en copie !
Résultat : mon docteur traitant et mon gynécologue étant absents, je ne connais pas mes résultats vu qu'LBS ne m'a pas mis en copie comme je l'avais demandé. Après les avoir eu au téléphone au laboratoire, impossible de connaître les résultats, du coup ils doivent me l'envoyer par la poste une fois de plus, je dois attendre encore que la poste me l'envoie... Pff mais quelle perte de temps.
Plus d'une semaine après ma prise de sang, je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est de mes résultats. ?
I sincerely regret having been to have my blood drawn there, knowing that I usually receive this kind of results within 48 hours.
I had asked to send a copy of my results to myself in addition to my doctors, because they were absent (which I pay of course), they forgot to copy me!
Result: my attending doctor and my gynecologist being absent, I do not know my results since LBS did not copy me as I had requested. After having had them on the phone in the laboratory, impossible to know the results, suddenly they have to send it to me by post once more, I still have to wait for the post to send it to me ... Pff but what a waste of time.
More than a week after my blood test, I don't know what my results are. ?

7:30 is not so early (laboratories should start Even earlier but this is Belgium...)
Normally it should mean all staff there and ready to work at 7:30.
Today the only person was the receptionist and take blood in the same time alone... People need to go to work, school after this. They can’t spend hours with a blood test.
If there is a manager she/he should tell the team this is their workplace, so be there ON time! Not 30 minutes later!
