Welcoming staff. Terrace in a small alley?. A la carte choice. WC not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. Good overall ?

Nous avons été très bien reçu, chouette ambiance, accueil chaleureux et les plats étaient copieux et délicieux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. We came at noon with my partner for Valentine's Day. We were very well received, nice atmosphere, warm welcome and the dishes were hearty and delicious. We will come back with great pleasure.

Nourriture surgelée, cafards dans la machine à glaçon, pourriture sur les murs de la cuisine et le cuisto qui fume ses cigarettes au dessus des casseroles en cuisinant. Pour couronner le tout, d'un désagréable avec les clients dès que ceux-ci sont mécontents ou demandent quelque chose. Pour exemple, une dame a voulu une pizza enfant car elle n'avait pas très faim, le patron lui a répondu "on ne va pas au restaurant quand on a pas faim" en mettant la dame dehors avec sa famille. Vous l'aurez compris, n'y allez surtout pas, il y a bien d'autre restaurant dans Namur qui en valent bien plus la peine (pour le prix que ça coute) I worked there for a month, I strongly advise against it. Frozen food, cockroaches in the ice maker, rot on the kitchen walls and the cook who smokes his cigarettes over the pots while cooking. To top it off, an unpleasant attitude to customers as soon as they are unhappy or ask for something. For example, a lady wanted a child's pizza because she was not very hungry, the boss replied "we don't go to a restaurant when we are not hungry" by putting the lady outside with her family. You will have understood it, above all do not go there, there are many other restaurants in Namur that are worth much more (for the price it costs)

Et le prix est raisonnable. Le plus le cadre est chaleureux. Impeccably clean, very pleasant establishment and very welcoming and smiling staff. Meal ready in a reasonable time. Delicious tasty well presented. And the price is reasonable. The warmer the setting.
