★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked good and tasted OK - having eaten many many ramen in Japan I would say it looked like but didn't taste like ramen in Japan - mainly my simple miso ramen I couldn't taste any miso - is it expensive here?
Otherwise good - my partner enjoyed her shoyu (soy sauce base) ramen and I very liked the torikara (karaage - deep fried chicken)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect pricing for a meal that is considered fast food in Japan. Slightly milder taste than over there (lower miso dosage?) but still perfect for this part of the world. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long on busy nights, a contrast with the "your ramen is served as you sit" standard in Japan. The staff is agreeable and the other dishes absolutely worth a try. This is the only true Ramen joint in the area and quality wise, along with Ogawa, Sanga would fit perfectly on the rue Saint-Anne in Paris.

They also have the classic Ramune lemonade which is a big plus.
We had the Kitsune Udon and Karaage-don.
