B	Begoña Blanco Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'expérience dans ce magasin n'a jamais été optimale dû au manque de sens commercial des vendeuses et de une en particulier; aucune flexibilité, peu souriante voire pas du tout, agressive, carte de fidélité lamentable: qui achète dans le même magasin en 2 ou 3 ans, 10 ou 15 paires de chaussures ? c'est bien simple, je n'y remettrai les pieds ! d'autres magasins de chaussures dans le coin valent la peine avec de vrais vendeurs ! the experience in this store has never been optimal due to the lack of commercial sense of the salesgirls and one in particular; no flexibility, little smiling or not at all, aggressive, lamentable loyalty card: who buys in the same store in 2 or 3 years, 10 or 15 pairs of shoes? it's very simple, I will not set foot there! other shoe stores in the area are worth it with real sellers!

Elle a même imperméabilisé mes nouvelles chaussures quand je lui ai dit que je vivais en appartement. J'achetais des chaussures pour la première fois dans ce beau magasin. Je reviendrai ! Very good experience recently (1st or second weekend of sales). The lady who served me was very nice despite the influx of a Saturday sales. She even waterproofed my new shoes when I told her I lived in an apartment. I was buying shoes for the first time in this beautiful store. I'll be back !

I remarked to her that these shoes are discounted, she did not say anything and she just shrugged. I did not buy these shoes and I never went there again.

If before the pandemic the customer service was bad, now it's completely hysterical: the same blond lady pictured in this review makes her own rules: you cannot touch the merchandise but have to trust her that the couch is clean, you cannot try more than three pairs, etc; if she is the owner - too bad, I will simply say stay away; if not maybe there is still hope for the owner to make some clear rules of behavior for this lady too
