 Store design and modern, we say that we are paying too much for services at KBC ... Staff barely friendly, exorbitant rates: 3% for real estate! not really dedicated to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During COVID time at least, I had a bad experience, trying to release my guarantee. Even though they write that it can be done online, they ask to send papers by post. After more than 5 working days no one contacted me and today it is the 2nd time that they told me that they don't have my email or phone number. It's at least funny.
