Better use Bunq bank better application and friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been a customer of Aion for the last few months I can only say that I had a great experience so far. The staff I have interacted with were very friendly and helpful and the app is easy to use. This is a great improvement on some of my other banking experiences in Belgium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad bank. Hard to believe they will survive. High prices compared to other internet banks. Low quality customer support, only via an app chat. Their debit card works only in few shops and ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service inexistent! Impossible to reach them whatever the way. By phone is an answering machine in continue. By mail, they say they'll contact you back but they never do!
It's been nearly 3 weeks that I'm waiting for documents for closing bank account and they still can not deliver?!!
Definitely not the right move to choose a bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Trying to close an ETF account since 4 weeks now, the money is blocked ever since. Customer service (only via chat or email) hasn't been able to unlock the situation. And in the meantime the monthly subscription fee continues to be charged, of course...
Very disappointing for a wannabe-high-tech-bank.

They don’t provide any phone, you can’t reach them, once you provide them phone you can not come along with the provided time, they work as a mysterious bank, every agent tells different stories, they are not polite, no common sense, no process knowledge no absolutely nothing.
This is an absolute clan/ tribal bank from 5.000 years ago which does not provide better communication than writing paper note on pigeon’s leg. After months, you find yourself in the same place and you are talking same things.
Terrific, stay away from this bank.
