★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste KBC. Geen aandacht voor gewone klant. Alleen als je veel geld hebt krijg je directe lijnen en toegang tot service. Ook kennen vele medewerkers hun vak niet.
Worst KBC. No attention to ordinary customer. Only if you have a lot of money will you get direct lines and access to service. Many employees also do not know their profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klant kan alleen komen op afspraak, moeilijk telefonisch te contacteren, veel minuten moeten blijven wachten, een afspraak is alleen mogelijk 4 dagen later of zelfs pas een week later...
Customer can only come by appointment, difficult to contact by phone, have to wait many minutes, an appointment is only possible 4 days later or even a week later ...

What a service!Kbc BANK TIENEN -explain in all languages that everything was paid correctly via your APP.You went to solve it customer-friendly, heard nothing and now simply this letter.Years and days customer.Thank you kindly, I will certainly advertise the excellent service to regular loyal customers. Not so, one less customer from Monday.
