★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak telefonisch geboekt, op afgesproken datum en uur was ik aanwezig wetende dat ik speciaal 40km voor had afgelegd, persoon in kwestie was het vergeten te noteren in de agenda, geen commerciële geste noch flexibiliteit vd zaakvoerster ontvangen. Ik keer nooit meer terug.
 Appointment booked by telephone, at the agreed date and time I was present knowing that I had traveled 40km in advance, the person in question had forgotten to note it in the agenda, received no commercial support or flexibility from the manager. I will never return.
