β β β β β Goede fitness en goede groepslessen ook als je de zachtere aanpak wil. Je kan hier yoga doen (intensief, dus zonder de rusthoudingen), pilates (ook dit is intensief met luide muziek en flikkerende spots, rust is dan ook vnl lichamelijke rust) dus het is niet zoals het in de beschrijving staat maar wel een prima workout. Balance heeft wat meer aandacht voor lichaam en geest, er speelt stillere muziek waardoor de lesgeefster beter verstaanbaar is.
Als je lessen zoekt die ook je geest tot rust brengen, ga je beter elders.
Good fitness and good group lessons also if you want the gentler approach. You can do yoga here (intensive, so without the rest postures), Pilates (this is also intensive with loud music and flickering spots, rest is mainly physical rest) so it is not as it is in the description but a great workout . Balance pays more attention to body and mind, quieter music plays, making the teacher easier to understand.
If you're looking for lessons that also calm your mind, you'd better go elsewhere.

β β β β β I am trying this gym since I have been dissapointed by the other big gym in the city, my experience here has been really good, the personel are super friendly, good mood, good customer service, the gym looks clean, free access to electrolytes-water. I am really looking forward to join this club.
