P	Perle WB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire commerçant que j'ai rencontré sur le net, ils se fichent vraiment du monde surtout si vous êtes Francais, j'ai commandé sur cdiscount au vendeur InstaSpares qui est la même personne, un ventilateur, ils se sont trompé sur le prix et on simulé de me l'avoir envoyé alors que ca n'a jamais été fait, j'ai perdu 15 jours avec leur incompétence et 2 jours de travail à attendre une livraison, bref à fuir absolument, de plus j'ai même vu une pub google contre leur société ainsi qu'une pétition pour leur faire stopper leur agissements, tous les commentaires google ou facebook qui sont bons sont de leur personnel et n'ont donc aucunes valeur. The worst trader I met on the net, they really do not care about the world especially if you are French, I ordered on cdiscount InstaSpares seller who is the same person, a fan, they were wrong on the price and it was simulated to have sent to me when it was never done, I lost 15 days with their incompetence and 2 days of work to wait for a delivery, in short to escape absolutely, moreover I even saw a google advertising against their company as well as a petition to make them stop their actions, any google or facebook reviews that are good are of their staff and therefore have no value.

Le café coule à l'envers!! je dois charger l'eau dans le réceptacle pour avoir mon café dans le réservoir, je n'ai jamais vu ca! Comment peut on monter une cafetière à l'envers!! Bref j'ai voulu faire un retour mais le sav a formellement refusé en me disant que je devais refuser le produit avant la livraison et que ca marche comme ça en Belgique, j'ai eu beau leur expliquer que je ne savais pas qu'il étaient belges et des règles de retour ils n'ont rien voulu savoir, heureusement Amazon a accepté de me rembourser. Donc je ne recommande pas car produit défectueux ,services après vente inexistant et commercialement parlent n'en parlons même pas. I bought a coffee maker on amazon and guess what? The coffee flows upside down !! I have to load the water in the receptacle to have my coffee in the tank, I've never seen it! How can you put a coffee maker upside down !! In short I wanted to make a return but the sav formally refused telling me that I had to refuse the product before delivery and that it works like that in Belgium, I could explain to them that I did not know it were Belgian and return rules they did not want to know, happily Amazon agreed to pay me back. So I do not recommend because defective product, non-existent services and commercially speaking do not even talk about it.
