Ze beloven voor een commissie inclusief btw maar op het contract zonder btw en ze ontkennen het na de tekening van het contract. Schandalig! Be careful with this immo! They are rip-offs! They promise for a commission including VAT but on the contract without VAT and they deny it after signing the contract. Scandalous!

Komt bij ons thuis, veel blablablaen mooie woordjes gezegd! We hebben hem vertrouwd. Eens een contract getekend en dan geen nieuws meer van hem gekregen. Doet zijn werk gewoon niet. Klanten bellen hem, weigert hen gewoon, wilt hen geen enkele info geven ivm onze woning tot dat die mensen bij ons kwamen en we hebben alles zelf moeten regelen... En dan vraagt Ronny voor een volledige commisie. En zoals eerder gezegd, heeft hij gelogen over de commisie, zei mondeling dat btw inbegrepen was terwijl dat het niet zo op het contract stond. in 2 woorden, ze zijn afzetters! For people who are looking for an immo. Certainly not with Janssen and Janssen. Bad experience ever! Our contact person was Ronny, a big whiner! Comes to our house, lots of blah blah blah and nice words said! We trusted him. Once signed a contract and then no more news from him. Just doesn't do its job.
