★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na overlijden moeder trachten een aantal zaken te regelen met mijn moeders bank. Zeer onvriendelijke dame aan de lijn. Alles via afspraak. Er kon zelfs geen innige deelneming vanaf. Zal hier nooit klant worden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind zou erg dat jullie de klant zou slecht behandelen. Ik was deze morgen binnen geweest want ik had een afspraak en de klant ontvanger was erg agressief en dat moet niet volgens mij moet ze gaan bijscholing en leren, hoe moet ze de klant behandeling.

Deontologisch stel ik me hier hun werking en benadering ernstig in vraag
Internal communication is less than nil, agreements are not communicated, customers are snubbed in the presence of other customers and on top of that personal issues are mentioned openly, account closed Belfius is no longer the Dexia bank of the past. Deontologically, I seriously question their operation and approach here
