Our agent was helpful and professional throughout the process; he introduced me to the system here and answered all my questions. He even solved a few problems that was caused by my being an expat. β β β β β I liked a couple of houses on Jan Stasts and to be honest I was told by my office colleagues that, this is the best agency in Leuven.
So at that time I found one house/studio, which I liked and Ms. Louise Saelens from Jan Stasts, showed me the apartment and was pretty much on time, I'd say alteast 10 mins before our appointment and waiting for me. It could be more but I don't know because I was just 5mins early and the house was good, she can talk fluently in Dutch, French and English. She explained everything in detail. I hardly had to ask her any questions about the house.
She said email me the application and you'll get a reply within a week and the paperwork went so smoothly that I got the house within 1 week.
And I got a reply within a week, and I got the house.
This is the best agency in Leuven so far.
