★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Covas Immo due to excellent service provided. They were very helpful and informative. Lovely staff to deal with. I was looking online from abroad for a property to rent in Leuven and I found one managed by Covas Immo. I started talking with Manon Huet via email who was always ready to answer my questions and kept me informed all the way. She is very friendly and professional. Since I did not speak Dutch, she explained me the contract details well and overall, I had a wonderful experience. She further helped me a lot with everything (deposit, insurance etc). A lovely welcome also from Evelien who brought me the keys on my arrival (late at the evening... probably out of office hours). Thus, I would highly recommend Covas Immo and especially Manon and of course Evelien too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this agency to attempt to find a place to live and have been sorely disappointed. First time i looked at an appartment and was told it was available immediately and that i could go and sign at this agency, when i went to sign i was told it had been signed the day before. The next time i went to go see a studio, the one they showed me was different from in the photos, and they never responded to me. I hadto keep sending them emails to even get a response, and when i did get a response and sent in my application they ignred me and then i had to email them three more times to get a response that was just "the landlord is waiting for more visits, we will let you know at the end of the week" and yet i still havent heard anything???? really unprofessional and uncommunicative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called today on the phone. The woman refused to ask the broker to call me back, told me not to call anymore. Never met anyone so arrogant and rude. Feel sorry for the owner who missed out a buyer.
