Normally I wouldn't write something like that and I won't mention names either , but the lady who spoke to me was very unfriendly and personally I think she should show the example ?, luckily there are also super sweet and helpful saleswomen ? in wemmel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vendeuse qui s’occupe de moi, ne trouvant pas ce que je cherche, demande l’aide d’une collègue. Celle-ci explique de loin où se trouve l’article. Ne le trouvant toujours pas (moi non plus), ma vendeuse pose de nouveau la question à sa collègue.
Et là… soupirs et mouvements brusques ! Je ne comprends pas cette agressivité. Qu’avait-elle à prouver en étant désagréable? Règlement de compte entre collègues (devant les clients !) ? Mauvaise humeur parce que je m’exprime en français ?
Expérience négative pour très peu de choses en tout cas. Je veux soutenir le commerce de proximité, mais si c’est pour vivre un mauvais moment, je préfère acheter sur internet.
The saleswoman who takes care of me, not finding what I am looking for, asks for help from a colleague. This explains by far where the article is. Still not finding it (me either), my saleswoman asks the question again to her colleague.
And there… sighs and sudden movements! I don't understand this aggressiveness. What did she have to prove by being disagreeable? Settling scores between colleagues (in front of customers!)? Bad mood because I speak French?
Negative experience for very few things anyway. I want to support local businesses, but if it's going to be a bad time, I prefer to buy on the internet.
