★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein filiaal en beetje krappe entree. Maar er is ook nog een 1e verdieping. Het personeel is zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Ik ben meer dan uitstekend geholpen. Een medewerkster sprak behoorlijk goed Nederlands en de ander deed haar uiterste best om ook Nederlands te spreken. Ook mocht ik gebruik maken van het toilet. Ik kom hier zeker terug. Ik heb een mooie slaapzak gekocht voor m'n dochtertje.
 Small branch and bit tight entrance. But there is also a 1st floor. The staff are very polite and helpful. I have been helped more than excellently. One employee spoke Dutch quite well and the other did her utmost to speak Dutch as well. I was also allowed to use the toilet. I will definitely come back here. I bought a nice sleeping bag for my daughter.

Câble de recharge IPHONE acheté chez Hema il y a pratiquement un an
Devenu défectueux début 2022
Remplacé sans tergiverser avec des conseils d’une collaboratrice Hema sympathique qui a pris de son temps pour choisir/ conseiller un nouveau câble adéquat !!!
Et même un petit remboursement en cash pour la différence de prix entre le câble défectueux et le nouveau
Bref
Châpeau !!! pour l’accueil ,le service
et la procédure de remplacement / remboursement

IPHONE charging cable purchased from Hema almost a year ago
Became defective in early 2022
Replaced without procrastinating with advice from a friendly Hema collaborator who took her time to choose / advise a new suitable cable!!!
And even a small cash refund for the price difference between the defective cable and the new one.
