I went out of the store and I wanted to go back to ask for something but they didn't even open the door and said the store was closed while I went out just 1 minute ago.

En de service die je er voor terug krijgt als je jou product met alle moeite komt terug omruilen is niet OKE. Kom deze filiaal niet meer binnen ga liever tot naar Gent. Received the wrong product for a birthday abroad. so check your products first because that was a serious downer! Drie jaar op rij werd ik zo snel mogelijk de winkel uitgewerkt. Durf niet naar info te vragen, want deze krijg je toch niet, in de rij aan de kassa, ben je ook niet zichtbaar of je moet blank zijn, dan licht je op! Andere klanten worden voorgetrokken. ICI PARIS XL doe hier iets aan. Geld is geld, klant is klant, maar blijkbaar niet voor dit filiaal. Lang leve de vriendelijkheid van de andere filialen in Gent, etc... 21% ???? Die krijgen we niet? Misschien wel als je Karen heet maar niet als je eruit ziet als een Fatima of Mohamed. Mijn zus werd op dezelfde manier behandeld, acties niet voor ons, ohwee als je terug gaat voor bijkomende info... NOOIT MEER!!!! ICI PARIS XL DOE hier iets aan! Mij zie je hier ook NOOIT meer terug. 1 star because 0 is not possible. It's a shame that this store staff is still working. Obviously not friendly to racist. See all other reviews. Three years in a row I was worked out the store as quickly as possible. Don't dare to ask for info, because you won't get it anyway, in the queue at the cash register, if you are not visible or you have to be white, you light up! Other customers are favored.
