Ter plekke gaan is misschien het enigste oplossing. In tijden van Corona is dit eigenlijk niet oké... You get no help by phone, no answer by email and even the website is not well enough maintained to be able to do anything with it. Going on the spot may be the only solution. In times of Corona, this is actually not okay ...

Echt niet oké hier moet dringend iets aan gedaan worden. I have an urgent question and have called almost 100 times without answer. Half the time the call fails and there is no e-mail address! Really not okay, something needs to be done urgently.

Ik werd zeer onvriendelijk aangesproken en respectloos behandeld. Helemaal geen leuke ervaring als je er voor de 1ste keer aanklopt om je verder te helpen. The 2 ladies who worked today (24/9/2020) are looking for a job that they would like to do instead of this job. I was addressed unkindly and treated disrespectfully. Not a nice experience at all when you knock on the door for the 1st time to help you further.

Een e-mail adres is nergens te vinden en bij afspraak maken valt mijn probleem onder geen enkel van de opties waarvoor ik langs zou komen. In tijden van corona is het ook ronduit belachelijk dat ik tot daar zou moeten gaan voor een document waar ik telefonisch ook om kan vragen. I urgently need a document for the hospital and have been trying to reach them by phone for a week. An e-mail address is nowhere to be found and by making an appointment my problem does not fall under any of the options I would come by for. In times of corona it is also downright ridiculous that I should have to go there for a document that I can also ask for by phone.

Rampzalig. too bad I can't give ZERO, completely worthless there, I'd rather change to a union, at least they can be reached there. Disastrous.
